Where is my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, check our shipping policy for more details.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once your order has been completed, you should receive an email with your order details and tracking number. Be sure to double check your spam folder before contacting us for confirmation.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

Are your products 100% organic and cruelty free?

We make sure the ingredients used is USDA certified organic and cruelty free. Our products are tested on us – humans – to make sure it’s safe for our hair and skin!
