Sales, clearance, and limited edition items are considered as final sale and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
Due to hygienic reasons, no refunds or returns for items that are opened, used or protective seal is not intact. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our product, we’ll issue you store credit and you may properly dispose your item. Reselling is not allowed.
We accept refunds or exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete any returns, we must require a receipt or proof of purchase.
